About the Role -
We are looking for a technical storage professional where the candidate will primarily work on storage systems and backups in our global data centers and business offices. Storage disciplines should focus on Dell Products, NetApp Products, Nasuni Cloud Appliance as well as SAN Fabric and Backup Solutions (NetBackup primarily). The candidate should possess knowledge of Linux systems, Windows systems & Virtualization (VMware, HyperV) environment.
Candidate must have knowledge around Technical Troubleshooting, Performance Management, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Maintenance. The candidate will collaboratively work within a high performing team within a globally dispersed organization. Prior working experience in a global role is deserved as well as ability to work and function independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
Storage exposure and working on diverse portfolio of storage arrays, including Dell/EMC (PowerMax, Unity, PowerScale, PowerStore), NetApp and object storage solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot storage related issues working with cross functional teams.
Manage SAN Fabric using Brocade Directors & Cisco MDS switches.
Interact with senior team members, business customers and external storage vendors.
Identify & mitigate technical risks and process inefficiencies.
Adjust, sort and distinguish priorities.
Handle multiple tasks and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Meeting deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interrupts.

Qualifications
Key Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of NetApp hardware and software experience administering in mission-critical, 24x7 production environments.
Expert knowledge Dell products (including PowerMax/PowerScale/PowerStore/Unity hardware and software experience).
Experience with Dell ECS & Google Cloud Storage.
Experience with Backup tools (NetBackup/others).
