About PropChk PropChk is India's leading technology-enabled Construction Quality Inspection & Assurance company helping real estate developers, financial institutions and homebuyers improve construction quality through independent engineering inspections, quality audits and digital quality management solutions. As the company enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation's national expansion, operational excellence and institutional development. Position Summary Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, profitability and organisational development of PropChk. The CEO will lead business expansion while simultaneously scaling the organisation from approximately 200 to over 500 employees, strengthening technical excellence, governance and operational capability. Key Strategic Mandate • Scale the organisation from approximately 200 to 500+ employees within 12–18 months. • Drive sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships and enterprise sales. • Build a professionally managed, process-driven organisation. • Position PropChk as India's benchmark for Construction Quality Assurance & Quality Control. • Lead technology adoption including AI-enabled inspection and quality analytics. Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & Growth • Develop and execute long-term growth strategy. • Expand relationships with developers, PMCs, architects and engineering consultants. • Identify new markets, services and strategic alliances. Operations • Lead multi-city operations. • Institutionalise SOPs, KPIs and governance. • Improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Construction Quality • Champion QA/QC excellence. • Standardise inspection methodologies. • Strengthen technical capability across the organisation. People Leadership • Recruit and mentor senior leaders. • Develop succession planning. • Build a high-performance culture. Finance & Governance • Own P&L, budgets and profitability. • Lead Board reporting, compliance and risk management. • Support future fund raising initiatives. Industry Representation • Represent PropChk at industry forums and conferences. • Strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership. Desired Candidate Profile Experience • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience. • Currently managing or having managed a 500+ employee organisation or business unit. • Strong P&L and multi-location leadership. • Proven organisation scaling experience. International Exposure Exposure to international construction practices or multinational engineering/construction organisations will be a significant advantage.
