Head - Software & Embedded Systems

The Head of Software Development will be responsible for leading the complete software engineering function of the organization, covering full-stack software development, application software, web technologies, backend systems, databases, cloud/server applications, networking software, embedded software, and microcontroller/processor-based firmware development. The person will own the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system architecture to development, integration, verification, release, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement. The role requires a strong hands-on technical background as well as the ability to build and lead multidisciplinary software teams working across embedded, application, backend, database, web, and system software technologies.
